Please read the following points carefully:

1. Payment and Booking Policy

​

• The following promotions are valid during the Buen Fin 2025 period:

  • Payment for any service of your choice (except online lessons) with 12 months interest-free financing.

  • Book one service and get a second one at 50% off (the discount applies to the lower-priced project).

• Promotions apply to Full Productions as well as to individual services (Composition, Recording, Production, Post-Production, Mixing, and Mastering), and to Darklex Jr. sessions offered by Darklex Studios.
  Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless otherwise specified.

• Promotions are valid only from November 10th (00:00 hrs) to November 16th, 2025 (23:59 hrs) or until availability runs out.

• Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card, and PayPal.
  Payments must be made to the designated account or through the following link: PAYMENTS.

• 12-month interest-free financing available for credit cards (VISA/MasterCard).

• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• You must book service dates and times in advance, subject to studio availability.
  Once your session is booked, you have up to 4 months to complete the payment for your project. After this period, an additional fee may apply according to current rates and availability.

• Darklex Studios is not responsible for storing project files after 6 months from the session date.

• The “Book one service and get a second at 50% off” promotion is valid only with a 50% upfront payment made before or during the service.
  The remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery.

• Promotions are valid only for clients who book and pay within the promotional period.

• Each client may use the promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.

2. Responsibility for Equipment and Personal Property

​

• Any damage to studio equipment must be covered by the client, based on the studio’s assessment.

• Darklex Studios is not responsible for personal belongings or physical harm occurring within the premises.

3. Copyrights, Credits, and Material Exclusivity

​

• All productions, arrangements, mixes, and masters made at Darklex Studios must be properly credited on official registrations (such as Indautor), digital platforms, or any physical/digital releases.

• Royalties and percentages will be negotiated separately.

• Any arrangement, production, recording, mix, or master made at Darklex Studios may not be re-recorded or reused in other studios or with other producers unless the project has been fully paid.

4. Use of Facilities and Equipment

​

• Respect the studio facilities and use the equipment responsibly.

• Keep all work areas and common spaces clean and organized.

5. Material Delivery

​

For each song, the following files will be delivered:

• .WAV version

• .MP3 version

• Stems

• Instrumental version
  Any additional file, edit, or modification will incur an extra charge.

​

6. Guests and Security

​

• Artists or bands may attend with up to three (3) guests per session.

• A key or access card will be provided for entry to the studio complex. Clients are responsible for returning it after the session.
  In case of loss, a $10 USD (or equivalent) fee will apply.

7. Scheduling, Booking, and Session Hours

​

• Darklex Studios reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time, notifying clients whenever possible.

• Clients have 2 calendar days to make the booking deposit; otherwise, the reservation will be canceled.

• Rescheduling is allowed once at no cost. Additional changes will incur a fee.

• The studio may reschedule sessions without prior notice in cases beyond its control.

• Punctuality is mandatory. Delays may reduce session time or result in additional charges.

• Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (1-hour break included).

• If the client cancels after a promotion has been applied, no refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated.
  One reschedule is allowed; additional reschedules will include an extra charge.

8. Food Areas

​

• Food must be consumed only in designated areas.

• Please check which foods and drinks are allowed inside the studio.

9. Prohibited Inside the Facilities

​

• No weapons of any kind.

• No children.

• No pets.

• No drug use or alcohol abuse on or near the premises.

• Smoking is not permitted inside.

• Do not block exits or access points.

10. Parking

​

• Please use the visitor parking area for your vehicle.

​

11. Lodging Policy

​

• Lodging options are available upon request. Please check for availability.

​

12. Limitation of Liability

​

• The studio is not responsible for external circumstances that may affect the service (such as technical failures or unforeseen schedule conflicts), except in cases of direct negligence by the studio.

13. Privacy Policy

​

• We only collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email, or music links, to contact you and offer production services.

• We do not share your personal data with third parties.

• You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.

​

14. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

​

• By booking services or participating in Buen Fin promotions, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions.

​

15. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

​

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United Mexican States.
For interpretation and compliance, both parties expressly submit to the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply due to present or future domicile.
